The Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD/District) is pleased to announce it is taking customer engagement to the next level by launching FlashVote, a customer survey tool which consists of short, monthly surveys focused on topics that matter to you. FlashVote surveys are designed to take only one minute to complete five simple questions, once a month. Each survey will focus on one topic at a time, including CVWD services and programs, water supply reliability, and other water-related issues.
FlashVote is different from traditional surveys; while traditional surveys are typically lengthy, FlashVote surveys are quick and simple which enhances participation. Customers participating in FlashVote can access survey results within 48 hours of taking the survey and see how the rest of the CVWD community feels about the same topics. Once signed up, a customer will be emailed with a link each month to take the survey online; phone surveys are also available.
