On October 3, Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) Board President Randall Reed joined community leaders in participating in the Alta Loma School District’s (ALSD) Principal for a Day event. This annual program invites local officials and professionals to experience a day in the life of a school principal, offering a unique opportunity to engage with educators, students, and the broader school community.

President Reed was paired with Floyd M. Stork Elementary School, where he spent the morning shadowing the principal and learning about the daily responsibilities of leading a school campus. His visit included classroom tours, conversations with students and staff, and a firsthand look at the dedication and teamwork that create a positive learning environment.

Through programs like Principal for a Day, CVWD continues to strengthen its partnerships with local school districts and community organizations, supporting shared goals of education, engagement, and community development.
