Biography
Mr. Brantley oversees the Finance Division which performs the functions of accounting, budgeting, customer service, facilities, fleet, purchasing and warehousing. He joined the Cucamonga Valley Water District in 2003 having previously worked for a private water Utility company and an accounting firm.
He possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration / Accounting from California State University, San Bernardino. He has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 2002.
