Biography
Ms. Victorino provides administrative, professional, and analytical assistance to the Board of Directors and Assistant General Manager. She has worked for the Cucamonga Valley Water District for over 12 years and has worked in the Administrative Professional field for almost 20 years in the private and public sectors. She is an active member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, and the City Clerks Association of California.
She obtained her Certified Administrative Professional – Organizational Management (CAP-OM) certification from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) in 2011 and is a licensed Notary Public.
