2. Record Drawings (or "As-Builts") may be requested from the Engineering Department using the form below. Following a receipt a staff member will be assigned to coordinate with you on requests. Please allow at least 10 calendar days for contact.

18. Depending on the volume of records requested, a fee may be assessed. Submission of the form (or other method of contact) does not waive Engineer or Contractor's responsibility to perform their due diligence on existing infrastructure.
