The District values the dedication and professional growth of its employees. We offer two distinct incentive programs to recognize and reward these contributions: the Longevity Pay Program and the Certification/Education Incentive Program.
For detailed information on eligibility criteria, application processes, and benefit structures for these programs, please refer to the Employee Policy Manual or contact the Human Resources department.
Longevity Pay Program
The District offers longevity pay to employees for continuous years of service. Upon completion of years of service, the District shall pay eligible employees a longevity pay incentive on the employee’s regular base pay as follows:
- 3%, after completion of five (5) years of service, through completion of nine (9) years of service.
- 4%, after completion of ten (10) years of service through completion of nineteen (19) years of service.
- 5%, 20 years of service or more
Certification/Education Incentive Program
The District offers employees who obtain and maintain a "higher-level" job-related certification, academic degree, or professional license an additional two percent (2%) of their base pay. Classified Executive management employees are not eligible for this program.
