Risk Management Division Responsibilities


CVWD has an active and ongoing Emergency Safety Program that includes training, certifications, safety programs, workers’ compensation, emergency management and disaster preparedness programs.

CVWD staff are trained as first responders and receive ongoing training to maintain their skills and knowledge of disaster preparedness. We encourage all customers to also be prepared for any type of emergency that could impact their drinking water.
