The following plans and information will be required at the time of first submittal: (Incomplete submittals will not be accepted)

Water Improvement Plans (2 sets) Water Flow Calculations (2 sets) Fire Flow Requirements / Plans from Fire District Tract or Parcel Map Title Report (not less than 6 months)

Sewer Improvement Plans (2 sets) Sewer Flow Calculations (2 sets) Grading Plans Street Improvement Plans Storm Drain Plans
