Participate in Improving the Etiwanda Preserve
In partnership with San Bernardino County, The Frontier Project will assist in a Clean-up Day of the Etiwanda Preserve. Spend a few hours assisting in cleaning the trails by removing trash and recyclables.
The North Etiwanda Preserve was established as a habitat preservation and offers a 3.25 mile hiking trail with points of interest along the way that provide insight into the biology, history, geology and early cultures associated with the Preserve.
Volunteers are asked to dress in layers with long pants and closed-toe shoes and to bring work gloves, a hat, eye protection and sun block. Water will be provided. This is a family friendly project. All volunteers under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian present. Please be prompt, as orientation will begin at 9:00 a.m.
