2015 Earth Day & Open House

The 2015 Earth Day Event is scheduled on Saturday, April 11th, 10am - 2pm.  This is the Inland Empire’s largest Earth Day & Open House located at the Frontier Project in Rancho Cucamonga. The event, hosted by CVWD and the Frontier Project Foundation, will offer attendees a wide span of resources and engaging activities, including landscape workshops, Document Shredding (1box), Recycling center for clothes and shoes, performances by famed Environmental Magician Paul Cash,  and master of ceremonies Joel Greene- creator producer, and host of PBS’s “Curiosity Quest".  Please check back for an update of all the resources that will be available that day.

The Earth Day & Open House will provide a fun, educational environment for the entire family. One component of the event is the CVWD Open House where attendees can observe first-hand the cutting-edge work conducted by CVWD staff.

This annual event is offered free to the community through the contributions of the event sponsors. The 2015 Earth Day & Open House top sponsors include: Southern California Edison, the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, and Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water, Toro and Sears.
